Alisha Tronetti (she/her)
CEO

Alisha has worked with HoCo Pride since 2017, when we first began this initiative. Starting as the Outreach Coordinator, then Volunteer Coordinator, she is now the Co-Chair of HoCo Pride. When not volunteering her time for HoCo Pride, she is a doctoral student at the University of Maryland, College Park, studying Organizational Psychology. She specializes in research on teams and leadership, hoping to explore better ways organizations can support employees and foster diversity. Alisha prioritizes spreading love, kindness, and support for everyone.

Chris Hefty (they/them)
CFO

Chris has worked with HoCo Pride since 2018 and is the other co-chair of HoCo Pride. Chris also is the Vice President of PFLAG Columbia - Howard County, chair of the HoCo LGBTQIA+ Commissions and runs support groups for LGBTQIA+ youth and adults with PFLAG. They also co-own a small business in Columbia named Eastern Coral Co and is a director with Absolutely Dragulous Brunch, performing under the name of Bella Naughty. Chris's leadership skills and passion for their community continue to help the LGBTQIA+ community of Howard County to thrive.

Abby Hendrix (she/her)
COO

Abby began working with HoCo Pride in 2018 and handles fundraising and sponsorship communication. She has been a member of PFLAG for over 20 years. When not volunteering her time, she is middle school teacher in Montgomery County, and prides herself on providing a voice to marginalized students. She is a mother of a 10-year-old daughter, and her lovely husband and daughter help support her and this initiative. She is also the chair of Emerge Maryland. Abby’s passionate activism has helped support legislation for equality for all people.
